Comcast – Digital Voice Commercial

Client & Context: Comcast; a national spot introducing international calling through its Digital Voice service, aimed at showcasing value and reliability in a competitive telecom landscape.
Role: Copywriter.
Approach & Key Contributions: Wrote the script, striking a balance between utility-driven messaging and human tone. Traveled with the team to Mexico City, where the spot was shot with a local crew to capture authenticity to the end product. At the time, Mexico was the largest destination for calls on the service.
Results & Impact: Conceived of and helped deliver a high-quality, cost-effective production that supported Comcast’s positioning in the VOIP space.
